How much lead time should we give you?
As much as you can. A brand-new store can be turned around in as little as 48 hours once the order is placed, but more notice means more choice on hardware and training dates, and it lets us plan around your opening.
We’re taking over a pharmacy that already has a POS. Does 48 hours still apply?
Not usually. A store with an existing POS or inventory needs a conversion or a full data build, which takes longer. Start that conversation early, and see Transitioning Your POS.
Which package should a new store choose?
Finestra Health Centre is the POS-in-a-box for stores with one or two tills: software, touch screen, 2D scanner, receipt printer and cash drawer from $2,995, plus $116 a month for licensing and support. Will it work with our pharmacy software?
Finestra integrates fully with Kroll (Kroll2Way) and WinRx, and scans prescriptions from other systems such as Propel Rx and Fillware at the till. Tell us what you run and we will confirm what is possible.
Can we keep our payment terminal?
Tell us which terminal and processor you have and we will confirm. Integrated debit and credit through Securelink is included with every package.
What about our banner’s programs?
