Does Finestra integrate with my merchant services provider?

Yes, Finestra currently integrates with Moneris, TD, Chase, Global Payments.

Can I use my own hardware?

Yes, however we would need to confirm that the hardware you've provided meets Finestra recommended specifications.

Will I have to manually create my items before going live with Finestra?

In some cases, yes. However, we preload with software with McKesson's catalog in the system so most items are already created with recommended retails.

Once I place an order, how long does it take for me to go live?

As every customer's needs are different, we will work with you as best we can to accommodate your timeline.
