Installation support

Installation and conversion of POS systems can be tricky without the right staff with the right training. Our expert technical staff will make sure the implementation of your specialized system is trouble-free and will double check it for quality assurance. You can be sure that all equipment we use for installations is of the highest quality and has been extensively tested for reliability.

 
 
Training support

POSitec has a special Training Centre in addition to our initial on-site training program, where your newest staff members can receive initial training or your existing staff can attend a refresher course. And we don't just offer POS operator training. We also offer customized training classes for any area of retail, including programs for Bookkeepers, Front Store Managers, Shipper/Receivers, and Cashiers. Our comprehensive training manuals are also available to accompany our training programs. To introduce you to our newest programs we regularly conduct regional training courses.
